We are growing and hiring a Property Operations Manager to own daily operations and guest experience across all locations. Values alignment is non-negotiable.
Role OverviewThe Property Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance and guest experience of all PEAK Retreat properties. This role owns guest experience, property readiness, vendor coordination, and setup of new locations.
This is a hands‑on, ownership-driven role for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating beautiful experiences, and running operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience- Manage guest communication from booking through post‑stay
- Create warm, seamless check‑in and welcome experiences
- Handle guest needs or issues quickly and professionally
- Look for ways to continually improve the stay experience
- Ensure properties are always clean, stocked, and guest‑ready
- Schedule and quality‑check cleaning and turnovers
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Manage supplies, linens, and amenities
- Hire, schedule, and manage cleaners and service providers
- Maintain reliable vendor relationships in both locations
- Ensure work meets quality and timing standards
- Help launch and set up new PEAK properties
- Coordinate deliveries and installations
- Ensure spaces align with PEAK’s brand and standards
- Serve as first point of contact for property or guest issues
- Respond calmly to urgent situations
- Track basic expenses and inventory
- Improve systems and processes over time
