Seasonal Pool Attendant
The Pool Attendant ensures the pool deck remains clean, organized, and guest‑ready at all times. This role is essential to maintaining a polished environment and supporting both guests and service staff throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain pool furniture, umbrellas, and cabanas
- Distribute towels and replenish pool amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, restrooms, and surrounding areas
- Monitor towel counts and assist with inventory tracking
- Support guest requests such as chair adjustments or directional assistance
- Communicate safety concerns or maintenance needs to management
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to lift, carry, and move pool furniture (up to 40 lbs)
- Team-oriented attitude with a guest‑first mindset
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
