Complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure procedures are followed daily.;
Execute the night audit final after verifying the accuracy of all transactions.;
Attend to guest needs at the front desk, providing a management presence and support during the night.;
Prepare limited menu items for guest orders as needed and reset the Food & Beverage POS; prepare the daily revenue summary.
