We are seeking enthusiastic Valet/Guest Service Associates to provide aggressive hospitality to hotel guests at prestigious hotels.

• Greet arriving and departing guests, acknowledging and welcoming them within 30 seconds.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring all keys are secured immediately.
• Open doors and provide accurate information and directions to guests.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff, and co‑workers.
• Run quickly to retrieve cars and drive slowly when presenting vehicles to guests.
• Practice AAA Basics and adhere to all AAA parking uniform and appearance standards.
• Ensure each guest’s valet experience is memorable and unique.
• Work outside in regular weather conditions and be exposed to exhaust fumes.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Ability to stand all shift and lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Successfully pass a background and driving record check.
• Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred.
