Set up rooms and function areas with designated tables, chairs, staging, dance floor, flip charts, easels, blackboards, and other equipment as specified by group requirements and departmental standards;
Set up table linens, skirting and tabletop items;
Refresh rooms as scheduled and ensure compliance with departmental standards;
Break down function areas as scheduled and return materials to proper locations;
Inspect set rooms and equipment for cleanliness and working condition; rectify deficiencies
