Crestline Hotels and Resorts - 800 Spring Street Northwest - Responsibilities:
Prepare for and serve guests during banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, sanitation, and warm hospitality;
Review and understand the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and complete setup according to the BEO;
Set tables; ensure cleanliness and uniform appearance of linen, silverware, china, and glassware;
Learn menu items and be able to explain major ingredients and preparation methods to guests;
Maintain station cleanliness; continuously patrol station and refill drinks; assist with buffet setup and breakdown; follow sanitation guidelines
