Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

** Supervise and participate in the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for all food and beverage outlets

** Ensure pastry cooks follow recipes and quality guidelines while inspecting food for taste, texture, and presentation

** Develop new pastry offerings:
** Create and refine pastry items for à la carte and catering menus as needed

** Manage inventory needs:
** Prepare daily requisitions for pastry supplies and ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations

** Support team performance:
** Train, schedule, and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment
