As a key member of a global team, responsible for service delivery and ownership of the appropriate location within the Client's estate. Responsible for coordinating operational alignment between the Events and Workplace teams to ensure seamless event delivery, hospitality excellence, and workplace operational consistency. Ensuring services are delivered to agreed contractual service quality, commercial and compliance requirements.

Act as the operational liaison between the Events team and Workplace team to ensure seamless coordination of event activities within the workplace environment. Promote and uphold a culture of exceptional hospitality, ensuring guest experiences align with high-touch service standards. Provide operational directions to Workplace Coordinators and Front of House teams in support of scheduled events. Ensure all guest-facing team members maintain professionalism, hospitality etiquette, and workplace service standards.
Support Workplace leadership by maintaining visibility across event operations and providing feedback on service delivery and operational improvements.
Coordinate with the Events Manager to translate event requirements into operational execution within the workplace environment. Ensure event spaces are properly prepared, including room configurations, catering setups, hospitality stations, and guest flow planning. Conduct event readiness checks prior to event start to confirm operational preparedness. Conduct post-event operational reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement.
