AAA Parking is looking for friendly, professional, and service-minded individuals to join our team as a Doorman at our Loews Atlanta Hotel.

As a Doorman, you’ll be one of the first and last people guests interact with during their stay. You’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience by providing attentive service, local knowledge, and genuine hospitality from the moment guests arrive.

• Greet all guests with a warm smile and welcoming attitude.
• Consistently provide attentive, friendly, and efficient guest service.
• Practice aggressive hospitality by anticipating guest needs and looking for opportunities to go above and beyond.
• Address guests by their last name whenever appropriate and when known.
• Open and hold doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, transportation, and other reasonable requests.
• Maintain a pleasant, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times.
• Remain calm, accurate, and composed while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the Atlanta area, including local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and points of interest.
• Provide accurate directions and recommendations to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, parking information, and guest facilities.
• Be familiar with major attractions and frequently requested destinations throughout Atlanta.
• Assist guests with transportation to off-site locations using only approved taxi, limousine, and transportation services.

• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance in accordance with AAA Parking standards.
• Consistently represent both AAA Parking and Loews Atlanta with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the guest services and entrance areas.
• Post in the appropriate guest service area when not actively completing other duties.
• Remain visible, approachable, and ready to assist guests throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with hotel staff, transportation providers, and fellow AAA Parking team members.

• Work closely with hotel staff to coordinate a smooth and welcoming guest arrival and departure experience.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods, special events, and peak arrival and departure times.
• Communicate important guest requests and information to the appropriate hotel departments.
• Perform other guest-service duties as assigned by management.
