Banquet Supervisor

Are you an experienced hospitality professional who loves creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for a Banquets Supervisor to lead our banquet team and help bring meetings, celebrations, and special events to life!

In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll oversee event setup and service, support and coach banquet staff, and partner with our culinary team to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations.

Compensation: $22 - $24 hourly

• What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience as a Banquet Captain, Senior Server, or similar role.
• Hotel banquet experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler Certificate required or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• What You'll Do
• Lead and support banquet staff during events.
• Oversee room setup, service, and breakdown according to BEOs and floor plans.
• Partner with the kitchen to ensure timely and seamless meal service.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and respond to guest needs.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of banquet staff.
• Help resolve issues and keep events running smoothly.
• Follow hotel SOPs and service standards.
