Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Catering Sales Manager to join the Catering and Events Team at this Atlanta property.
Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42-story tower has over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets (the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining).

What you will do
- Grow catering market segments:
Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business - Cultivate client relationships:
Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business - Create exceptional experiences:
Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience - Oversee event coordination:
Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions through pre-event, event, and post-event phases, and serve as the primary client contact for smooth execution and proactive issue resolution - Guide team performance:
Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
