Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role behind the scenes—guiding your team andmaintainingclean, comfortable spaces that enhance every guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensuretimelyroom readiness.
• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able toworka flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
