THE OPPORTUNITYPiedmont Driving Club is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Director to elevate service standards through focused staff training, accountability measures, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO?You will foster a culture of employee engagement, ensuring that our team is well-trained, motivated, and accountable. By implementing rigorous standards for service quality and operational efficiency, you will contribute significantly to our F&B department's success. WHAT YOU'LL EARN- A competitive salary of $110,000 to $120,000

Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience.
- Proven success leading multi-outlet food and beverage operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
- Extensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktail programs, and elevated service standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during Club events and peak operational periods.
- Private club, luxury hospitality, resort, or high-end lifestyle hospitality experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced beverage certifications, sommelier training, or equivalent beverage education.
- Experience with hospitality technology platforms and point-of-sale systems.
- Serv Safe Food Manager Certification.
- Serv Safe Alcohol Certification.
- Additional beverage certifications preferred.
