At Never Enough Productions, we are excited to announce an opening for a Craft Services Coordinator for our Feature Film and TV Show Studios in Atlanta, GA. The Craft Services Coordinator is essential to the smooth running of our productions, providing an array of snacks and beverages to energize our film crew throughout the day. This role is distinct from catering and focuses on setting up and maintaining a craft service station near the production area.

• Set up, maintain, and restock the craft service station with snacks and beverages.
• Ensure all refreshments are available and presented attractively throughout filming.
• Work within a predetermined budget to procure all necessary items for the craft service station.
• Keep the station clean and organized, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production staff to assess the crew’s preferences for snacks and beverages.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure continuous availability of refreshments.
• Adapt to crew dietary restrictions and preferences, providing suitable options whenever possible.
• Assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for the crew during breaks.

• Previous experience in craft services or a similar film or event industry role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory and budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing needs.
• A passion for food and beverage, with a knack for presenting refreshments appealingly.
