As a Connector, you'll help create unforgettable experiences by:

• Welcoming every table quickly and creating an immediate connection
• Reading the room and anticipating guest needs before they have to ask
• Personalizing each experience through thoughtful recommendations and genuine conversation
• Creating an energetic, positive atmosphere that guests want to return to
• Working alongside your team to deliver seamless service from start to finish
• Maintaining responsible alcohol service and operational accuracy
• Taking ownership of your section, your guests, and your impact every shift
