Houseman Position

We are excited to welcome a friendly and dedicated Houseman to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Houseman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of our hotel or resort, ensuring every guest experiences a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Responsibilities:

• Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning, stocking, and preparing guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are well maintained and properly stored.
• Transport linens, towels, and other supplies to various departments as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage rooms and work areas.
• Respond promptly to requests from housekeeping and front desk teams.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Support the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces as required.
• Help manage laundry operations by sorting and distributing linens efficiently.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
• Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
