HR Project Manager

Primary Talent Partners has a 12‑month contract opening for an HR Project Manager to join a national airline company for an onsite position operating out of Atlanta, GA. Pay: $51.00/hr – $56.00/hr contract: 12 months, extensions likely, conversion possible. Type: W‑2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship.

The HR Project Manager will manage the resources, scope, and deliverables of assigned projects of middle to high levels of complexity. Projects may involve internal and/or third‑party technology, including SAP/Success Factors. The manager will plan and monitor project tasks, identify risks and issues, drive resolution, build project schedules, account for resources, deliverables, milestones, and critical paths. The PM will manage interdependencies with other HR and IT work streams, identify and manage scope creep, provide concise status presentations, facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

• Identify deliverables that are in and out of scope
• Facilitate project team sessions
• Manage scope change
• Facilitate change management related to project
• Identify road blocks and secure leadership influence to remove
• Ensure resources are effectively utilized
• Manage projects using best practices
• Identify and manage risk
• Track and report project status
• Measure project goal

• Bachelor Degree in business, technical field, education, or science/math required
• 5 years minimum of project management experience required
• 2–3 HR system implementation experience preferably with SAP/Success Factors
• HR experience preferred
• SAP/Success Factors preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project and Visio
• Effectively communicates and influences all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated analytical and process engineering ability
