Key Responsibilities
  • Support full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across multiple locations.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling using iCIMS.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation.
  • Support employee records management and HR compliance tasks.
  • Respond to basic employee questions and route issues as needed.
  • Assist in HR projects, reporting, and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support.
  • Hands‑on experience with iCIMS is required.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow‑up abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, onsite environment.
  • Experience supporting hourly or high‑volume hiring is a plus.
