This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a household-name organization through strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication. This role drives enterprise‑wide change initiatives and supports a major HR transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption through integrated change, communication, and learning strategies.
- Enable leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Assess organizational impacts and partner with Communications on materials development.
- Collaborate with PMO and implementation partners to identify global and regional impacts.
- Support project teams in addressing readiness gaps related to the SAP Success Factors deployment.
- Prepare agendas and materials and work with change network teams.
- Oversee training strategy, including planning, train‑the‑trainer, and end‑user delivery.
- Coordinate training logistics, compliance, enrollment, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Provide strategic input to communication planning to ensure consistent messaging.
This is a 5‑month contract with a leading global organization based in Atlanta, GA. The role is 100% remote. Successful candidates demonstrate high initiative and thrive in fast‑paced enterprise environments.

Required Skills:- 5+ years of change management and training experience, preferably in global, matrixed environments.
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end HR processes and best practices.
- Experience leading multi‑stream initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and balance competing priorities.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No sponsorship available.
