We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate all Human Resources (HR) operations. This role oversees employee relations, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, coaching and team development, performance management, talent acquisition, licensing, and compliance. In this pivotal position, you will shape the employee experience, cultivate a positive, high-performing culture, and ensure HR initiatives align with our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

You will partner closely with leadership and motivate a team of HR professionals to drive operational excellence while supporting the growth and success of every employee. This position is based out of our Atlanta, GA office.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations, Investigations & Conflict Resolution
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, policy violations, and workplace disputes.
  • Conduct thorough, impartial, and legally compliant workplace investigations, delivering clear findings and recommendations.
  • Proactively address employee concerns through coaching, counseling, and problem-solving to minimize risk and improve engagement.
  • Mediat e conflicts at all levels of the organization, ensuring fair resolution aligned with company policies and employment laws.
  • Promote a respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
Leadership, Ethics & Integrity
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, risk mitigation, and HR best practices.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive a culture of engagement, integrity, and operational excellence.
Licensing & Compliance Management
  • Oversee state licensing requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and ongoing employee eligibility.
  • Partner with management to maintain accurate credentialing, certifications, and required training.
  • Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring timely implementation and compliance.
Organizational Effectiveness & HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, investigation files, compliance records, and reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and risk management.
  • Support benefits administration, performance management, corrective action, and other core HR processes.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, with an emphasis on hourly and high-volume hiring.
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with workforce needs and business growth.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless and compliant new-hire experience.
Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3-4 years of full cycle Human Resource experience, with a focus on hourly employee relations.
