To identify, engage, and secure job requisitions and staffing demand from corporate partners for interns, contractors, and full-time placement of NTI-trained talent.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source and engage hiring managers, HR leaders, and department heads
- Pitch NTI’s try-before-you-hire talent model
- Build and maintain a pipeline of employer partners
- Maintain CRM records of employer outreach and requisitions
- Collaborate with recruiter to match talent to demand
- Number of qualified employer meetings booked
- Number of signed requisitions per month
- Time-to-requisition
- B2B sales, staffing sales, or employer partnerships
- Experience selling services (not products)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building
