To identify, engage, and secure job requisitions and staffing demand from corporate partners for interns, contractors, and full-time placement of NTI-trained talent.

• Proactively source and engage hiring managers, HR leaders, and department heads
• Pitch NTI’s try-before-you-hire talent model
• Build and maintain a pipeline of employer partners
• Maintain CRM records of employer outreach and requisitions
• Collaborate with recruiter to match talent to demand

• Number of qualified employer meetings booked
• Number of signed requisitions per month
• Time-to-requisition

• B2B sales, staffing sales, or employer partnerships
• Experience selling services (not products)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building
