Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Job Description
Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Recruiter. Position type:
Full Time, Contract. Duration: 6+ months with possible extension.
Location:
Remote.
As a Recruiter, you will:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into compelling job descriptions aligned to Interiors talent needs
- Lead full life‑cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing through offer, for a variety of professional and production roles
- Identify and attract high‑quality talent using creative sourcing strategies, networking, and proactive pipeline development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, candidate recommendations, and recruitment best practices
- Deliver a world‑class candidate experience by providing timely, transparent, and engaging communication throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with HR partners on compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other hiring processes
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the Interiors organization, and the broader aerospace industry
- Manage recruiting activity in real time within the applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate interview logistics and support hiring teams as needed
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable local, state, and federal employment laws
- Participate in other Talent Acquisition projects as requested
Required Skill Sets
- HS Diploma/Equivalent plus 6+ years relevant experience OR
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, including acting as a full‑life‑cycle Recruiter/Talent Advisor in corporate and/or agency recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting with Indeed and other social media channels
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record partnering with hiring managers and delivering top talent quickly and efficiently
- Proven ability to multi‑task and prioritize a high requisition load in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite to include Excel and Power Point

Pay Range and Benefits
Pay Range: $30.00/hr to $38.00/hr pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
