We partner with employers, educators, and community organizations to design skills‑first talent pipelines aligned to real hiring needs.
The Part‑Time Partnerships Lead is responsible for building, managing, and advancing employer and ecosystem partnerships that result in real hiring opportunities, pilots, and workforce collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective employer and ecosystem partners aligned to NPursuit program
- Lead structured discovery conversations to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce gaps
- Advance partnerships toward pilots, hiring commitments, site visits, or collaboration agreements
- Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date partnership pipeline with clear stages and next steps
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, risks, and opportunities
- Experience in partnerships, business development, recruiting, or employer engagement
- Comfortable leading conversations with decision‑makers and hiring stakeholders
- Strong organization, follow‑through, and pipeline discipline
- Experience in workforce development, staffing, or talent solutions preferred
- Access to continuous learning opportunities and certification‑aligned training (where available)
- Exposure to employer hiring strategies and workforce partnership models
- Participation in employer events and workforce convening
