We are looking for an Executive Search Coordinator to join our team. This person will partner closely with internal recruiters through the full-cycle executive search process as well as with Executive Search Operations to assist in critical operations projects and larger HR initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide scheduling and administrative support to the Executive Search team. This will include working with recruiters, candidates, and EAs to schedule interviews over zoom and in person.
- Assist Operations/Analytics in data harmonization projects and administrative support on data entry and validation. This will include monitoring and transferring data entries from a CRM to an ATS system.
- Assist Operations in process harmonization processes and ensuring operational excellence across the Global Executive Search team.
- Assist in processing employee personnel actions such as internal applicants, hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, etc. across multiple HRIS systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting partners.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Recruiting or related field
- Strong comfort in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook expert)
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee data with discretion and tact.
- and Workday knowledge a plus
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
