TK Elevator is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator in Atlanta, GA.
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational HR support with a primary focus on employees covered by collective bargaining agreements. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Labor Relations, and Payroll to ensure accurate processing of union-related transactions, contract compliance, and timely support of employees and leaders in a unionized environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Process employee lifecycle transactions for union employees, including new hires, job changes, promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations in accordance with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
- Ensure HR actions align with contractual provisions, including wage rates, step progressions, shift differentials, overtime rules, and job classifications.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems, including seniority lists, job codes, and pay rates.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance reviews related to union contracts, wage and hour regulations, and internal controls.
- Files and maintains employee records to ensure employee information is maintained securely.
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive employee and labor relations information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED (general education degree)
- One year certificate from college or technical school preferred
- Minimum 2 years related HR experience required
- Human resources administrative work preferred
- Oracle database knowledge
