Workday Functional Consultant / Workday HCM Configuration

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM configuration to support implementation, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of Workday modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical partners to deliver scalable and compliant Workday solutions.

• Configure and support Workday HCM modules including:
  • Core HCM
  • Business Process Framework (BPF)
  • Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence (as applicable)
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Design, configure, and test Workday business processes, security roles, and domains.
• Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and post-production support.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to resolve functional issues.
• Perform configuration migrations using Workday EIBs and configuration packages.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
• Support integrations from a functional perspective and coordinate with technical teams.
• Participate in UAT, production deployment, and end-user training.

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant
• Strong hands‑on experience in Workday HCM configuration
• Deep understanding of Business Process Framework (BPF)
• Experience with Workday Security, roles, and domain configuration
• Hands‑on experience with EIBs and data loads
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
