Human Resources Business Partner

SUMMARY

The HRBP will be a key member of the HR team responsible for building relationships with business unit leaders and clients assisting them with any necessary human resource processes or projects. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning human resource strategies with business objectives. This position will actively act as a people champion and change agent. The person in this role will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value‑added service to management and employees that reflect the organization’s business objectives.

• Act as the primary and highly visible business partner to help build effective teams and to achieve business goals.
• Build deep relationships with all stakeholders by learning the business operations and their interests to help drive business and team performance.
• Audit data to ensure information is correct in the reports.
• Think independently, investigate, and resolve labor relations and employee issues.
• Assess, develop, and coach management teams.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Strong partnership with the HR department to improve processes and offerings to best meet business needs.
• Partner with HR team members to train and assist in providing more efficient data entry and reporting processes.
• Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position.
• Open to weekend work based on business needs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
