Position: VP, Human Resources

Location: Sandy Springs, GA/Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Organizational: This position is a member of the Human Resources team, reporting to the Executive VP of Human Resources

Overview

We are seeking a strategic Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to join our growing fintech organization. This leader will possess a wide-ranging generalist background in HR, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development (OD) and HR Systems. This executive role ensures the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, fosters a culture of innovation and inclusion, and drives continuous improvement across the HR teams.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members across recruiting, talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR systems functions.
  • Drive organizational development and leadership initiatives.
  • Manage processes, ensuring compliance and lending change management efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with the HRBP leader and team.
  • Establish strong working relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Assess organizational needs and design programs to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Lead change initiatives by identifying organizational gaps and implementing solutions collaboratively.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
Required Skills/Qualifications
  • 10-12 years of comprehensive HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record in recruiting, organizational development, and managing complex HR projects, ideally within fintech or technology-driven environments.
  • Ability to leverage data and metrics for talent management, performance analysis, and workforce optimization.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and digital tools for HR operations.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred
  • Experience working in the Fintech space

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $170,000 per year to $230,000 per year. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus within a comprehensive total rewards package, alongside a full suite of medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid personal/sick time.
