Job Description

We are hiring an Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the overall HR operations of the organization. This individual will be primarily responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting top talent, ensuring the successful onboarding of new employees, supporting a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
  • Track recruiting metrics and support process improvements
  • Coordinate and support onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience
People Operations Support
  • Provide day-to-day support for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and payroll
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Support performance review cycles and training coordination
  • Assist with compliance documentation and policy administration
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices.
  • Experience with Paychex, Rippling, and/or other HR software tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation practices.
Work Environment
  • 3 days in office and 2 days remote
