Family Ties provides intensive in-home, clinic, school & community based mental health services to families and clients that need them the most. Our clinical team consistent of Mental Health Therapists of varying licensure status, Assessors, Paraprofessionals, Nurses & other therapy providers. We are actively growing and looking to hire an experienced Recruiter to lead the effort in identifying top clinical talent to join our team!
Responsibilitiesand Duties
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Consult with agency leaders and hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties and qualifications for the open positions.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and needs of the organization.
- Advertise/post open positions; screen candidate resumes; select qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase; and schedule top candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether an offer can be extended; collect feedback when the process is unsuccessful.
- Check candidate references and credentials, verifying experience and background.
- Organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/related field or equivalent work experience required.
- At least three years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
- Proficient with applicant‑tracking software, or other recruitment systems, and in Microsoft Office Suite.
