Senior Workday Payroll & Time Tracking Consultant
CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Workday Payroll & Time Tracking Consultant opening for our premier client.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 months
The Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions. Their primary focus is on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Responsibilities- Design efficient time management processes, configure payroll structures, and manage absences in alignment with clients' policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize these modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Address any issues that arise during system configuration or usage; provide post-go-live support, including data validation and troubleshooting.
- Communicate complex HCM concepts in understandable terms for diverse audiences.
- 7+ years in payroll processing within medium-to-large organizations.
- Proven experience with Workday Payroll configuration, reporting, and functional design.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, and accounting principles.
