Responsibilities
  • Implement the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on the HR suite of modules, including HR Core, Benefits, Performance & Compensation, Learning, People Analytics, and ACA Management.
  • Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
  • Deliver end‑user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, third‑party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
Qualifications
  • Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, with a focus on HR implementations.
  • Hands‑on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. HR compliance, including state‑specific requirements and best practices.
  • Strong functional experience with Benefit Administration and Plan Setup.
  • Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly.
  • Comfortable working within structured project environments (discovery, build, test, go‑live).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client‑facing interactions.
  • Experience in training delivery and user support.
