Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Talent Manager
Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Benefits and Leave Specialist to join a growing, multi‑state organization. This role offers the opportunity to own the full lifecycle of leave cases while supporting core benefits administration.
Role: Benefits and Leave Specialist
Location: Sandy Springs, GA
Onsite: Hybrid
Job Type: Contract with permanent potential
Compensation: $30 - $35/hour
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end leave administration (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, multi‑state leaves)
- Handle moderate–high LOA caseloads across a multi‑state workforce
- Partner directly with managers on complex leave and accommodation situations
- Support benefits administration, employee inquiries, and vendor coordination
- Assist with open enrollment and benefits communication
- 5+ years hands‑on LOA case management
- Full ownership of leave cases (not just TPA oversight)
- Strong multi‑state FMLA and ADA expertise
- Experience supporting large employee populations (2,000+)
- Benefits administration experience required
