Description- You will serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within an assigned Emory Healthcare operating unit and/or division
- You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR services, support, and consultation to our internal stakeholders
- Your primary focus will be on culture/engagement, talent management, organizational development, change management and HR best practices
- Talent Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Assist in the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching
- Organizational Development:
- Work with leadership to assess organizational needs and propose HR solutions that support business objectives
- Drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, and inclusion that promote a positive work environment
- HR Consultation:
- Offer expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee development
- Stay current on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness
- Data Analysis:
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and decision-making
- Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and employee documentation
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
- A combination of other education and related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in HR, with at least three (3) years as an HR Business Partner or HR Service Delivery Consultant
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Preferred
Skills:
Experience in healthcare preferred - Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems
- Change management and project management skills
