Job Description
  • We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong technical Human Resource Information Systems knowledge and business analysis skills.
  • The role includes data validation, testing, requirements traceability, training, and general system support.
  • Support business analysis activities for HR domains including Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR.
  • Review and resolve data conversion issues to successfully map data from legacy systems to Workday.
  • Apply validation techniques to ensure accurate and successful data conversion.
  • Develop test plans and scripts and conduct system testing.
  • Provide technical support for system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Create user guides and supporting documentation.
  • Provide user support and training.

    Act as a liaison between business units and the technical team to ensure effective technical support and communication.
Requirement/Must Have
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present and document high-quality, detailed deliverables.
  • Four years of experience implementing or administering HRIS.
  • Direct experience in large-scale data conversion projects.
Experience
  • Experience supporting HR domains such as Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR.
  • Experience with data validation and system testing.
  • Experience creating documentation and conducting user training.
Should Have
  • Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM.
  • Prior experience with People Soft HCM.
  • Experience supporting technology initiatives in the public sector.
Qualification And Education
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
