Senior Manager, Human Resource and Administration
We are a Christian organisation and a registered religious charity in Singapore.
We have a vacancy for Senior Manager, Human Resource and Administration
.
Human Resources Strategic Development and Management
a) Develop and implement Human Resource strategies to support the achievement of the organisation’s long‑term and short‑term goals and objectives.
b) Work closely with the leadership in developing organizational strategies to achieve its mid‑to‑long‑term plans.
c) Design and implement company policies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, development, and retention. Play a key role in promoting a progressive work environment.
d) Drive the adoption of HR best practices.
e) Lead in the development of career plans for management; identifying coaching and training opportunities for greater performance.
f) Management and administration of full spectrum of HR functions such as:
- Manpower planning and resourcing;
- Compensation and benefits and welfare;
- Performance management;
- Learning and development;
- Payroll and
- Insurance.
g) Provide centralised payroll administration, insurance administration and government‑paid leave to ensure the deliverables are within the stipulated timeline and meeting the statutory requirements.
h) Develop and implement HR related policies, standard operating procedures and processes.
i) Maintain and update various HR systems, reports, statistics and records.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from an established institution.
- Minimum 10 years and above or equivalent of relevant experience in Human Resources related field, of which 7 years and above should be in a managerial role.
- Good operational knowledge of work‑related Acts, regulations or legislations.
- Good knowledge of trends and best HR practices.
- Must be meticulous, analytical and have an eye for details.
- Able to multi‑task, work independently and prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Good supervisory and people management skills and be able to interact at all levels. Able to lead a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively across many levels of committees headed by both religious leaders and industry subject matter experts.
- Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Observe strict confidentiality for all HR related matters.
