Your Role at Relatient

We are seeking a Manager of Talent & Culture to join our team. This role has a preference to be located in the Greater Atlanta Metro, but a fully remote candidate will be considered with the right skillset.

How you'll make an impact:
Employee Experience (U.S.)
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure a consistent, high-quality new hire experience.
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support engagement and retention initiatives in collaboration with leadership including management of our employee engagement platform, Kudos.
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement Talent & Culture programs and initiatives.
Talent Acquisition (Global Scope)
  • Own and execute the global recruiting strategy across the U.S. and India.
  • Manage and develop recruiters and external recruiting partners.
  • Lead full‑cycle recruiting for senior‑level and high‑impact roles.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and talent pipeline development.
  • Establish and track recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a positive, consistent, and inclusive candidate experience.
U.S. HR Operations
  • Run and manage U.S. payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Manage U.S. benefits administration, including vendor management and open enrollment.
  • Ensure proper state tax registration and compliance across applicable jurisdictions.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support audits, reporting requirements, and documentation management.
  • Manage leave of absence administration and OSHA compliance.
Compensation & Workforce Planning
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, and annual planning cycles.
  • Support position management, job descriptions, and organizational structure updates.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and develop the Talent & Culture Specialist.
  • Set clear goals, prioritize initiatives, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant recruiting responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting, including senior‑level searches.
  • Experience running U.S. payroll and administering benefits.
  • Experience supporting multi‑state compliance and state‑tax requirements.
  • Exposure to compensation planning and workforce management processes.

Pay & Perks:

For positions based in the U.S., the estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$135,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
