Aboutthe Role
This position is responsible for delivering staffing services to Invesco that yield results, credibility, and success. Working closely with internal clients in Technology, you will deliver high‑quality candidates that fit both the job specifications and the organization’s culture. You will guide hiring managers and candidates through the Invesco selection process, advance Invesco’s employment brand across local markets and the asset management community, and perform full‑lifecycle recruiting while maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand the talent acquisition needs and develop a multi‑fasceted recruitment strategy.
- Provide exceptional client service and manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for immediate hire and workforce planning needs.
- Create detailed search specifications, screening questionnaires, reasonable timelines, sourcing strategy, and appropriate interview process (including assessment testing if applicable).
- Review overall recruitment plan with client to set expectations and confirm agreement.
- Constantly develop new, creative, and cost‑effective sourcing strategies.
- Leverage Linked In Recruiter, online resume databases, and Workday to identify and recruit the best candidates.
- Manage online job postings on Invesco’s internal and external career centers and third‑party job boards.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives as needed.
- 5+ years of end‑to‑end recruiting for Technology roles in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting for technical skills in a competitive market.
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
- Working knowledge of HR terminology, practices, and their application to the recruitment cycle (e.g., benefits, compensation).
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, with strong initiative and follow‑through.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients.
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract passive talent.
Employees are expected to comply with Invesco’s Workplace Policy and work at least four full days each week in an Invesco office as of October 1, 2025.
