Position: Recruitment & Retention Specialist

Recruitment & Retention Specialist position requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Human Resources certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Minimum of 2 years working as Recruiter/HR Generalist in health care setting
  • Full cycle recruiting experience with large organization
  • Strong recruiting skills, sourcing/screening candidates, offer management
  • Ability to manage HRIS platform, including job boards and onboarding
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills
  • Experience utilizing ADP HRIS preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
