Talent Acquisition Intern

Barge Design Solutions is seeking a hard-working and dedicated college student to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern for Summer 2027. This paid, in-person internship is a full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week.

The intern will gain experience across multiple aspects of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources while learning from Barge mentors and leaders.

• Assisting with Talent Acquisition activities, including coordinating interviews and onboarding processes
• Supporting the deployment of learning and development activities
• Supporting leadership development tools and management initiatives
• Supporting the HR Director with special projects
• Communicating across various levels and locations
• Supporting business professionals in daily business operations
• Collaborating with team members on new ideas and innovations

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree from an accredited university
• Major in Human Resources or a related field
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Preference will be given to students who do not require sponsorship
• Experience using Microsoft Suite programs, Linked In, Cornerstone ATS, and ADP
