Overview:
The Performance Management Analyst supports the administration, coordination and analysis of Performance Management programs and processes, including talent assessments, succession planning, career development and employee development initiatives for Mercedes-Benz North America, People Solutions Center (PSC). The role works closely with global Talent Development GFT and local People Consultants to gather and maintain talent information, prepare materials and reports, coordinate talent activities and support the execution of established talent processes.
The Analyst helps ensure talent data, tools and resources are accurate, organized and available to support effective talent discussions and decisions.
- Support annual and ongoing talent assessment and succession planning processes, including coordinating timelines, preparing materials, maintaining talent information and tracking required actions and follow-up.
- Collect, organize and analyze talent data and workforce information to support talent reviews, succession discussions and development planning.
- Prepare reports, presentations, talent profiles, dashboards and other materials used by Talent Development, People Consultants and business leaders.
- Maintain talent management information, documentation and systems, helping ensure employee and succession data is complete, accurate and current.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for talent reviews, succession discussions, development programs and other talent-related meetings and activities.
- Support the administration of talent assessment tools and processes, including participant communications, data collection, documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with TLD team for high-potential and employee development programs, including scheduling, participant tracking, communications, materials and program administration as needed.
- Support career development initiatives by maintaining and communicating available development resources, tools and learning opportunities.
- Assist Performance Management with identifying and tracking development actions, career interests, mobility information and succession-related follow-up.
