Role DescriptionWe are supporting multiple contract openings for a Senior Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist across the following locations:
- Atlanta, GA
- Tampa, FL
This role is best suited for someone with prior experience recruiting within commercial real estate, construction, engineering, or related project‑based industries.
The Senior Recruiter will manage full‑cycle recruitment and play a key role in developing talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple roles
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and anticipated hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and delivery timelines
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support and contribute to initiatives focused on diverse and inclusive hiring practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within applicant tracking systems
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including high‑volume and specialized roles
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to engage both active and passive candidates
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting or advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within recruitment
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools
- Ability to work on‑site and adapt to a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
