, you will play an important role in building the teams that support our continued growth across the Altus family of companies.

This role is responsible for delivering a high-touch, full-cycle recruiting experience—from developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines to partnering with hiring leaders, managing the selection process, and supporting a seamless transition from candidate to new hire. You’ll serve as a trusted talent partner to our Business Units, bringing market insight, creativity, urgency, and a commitment to an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
