Delta Air Lines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-op on the Students and Early Careers team to support three Lead Recruiters focused on attracting and hiring top early-career talent. This co-op starts in Summer 2027 and will complete the following 2 alternating rotations onsite in Atlanta, GA.
During this program you will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate management, scheduling, data handling, and campus outreach while collaborating with recruiters to shape Delta's future
