The Team

Join our esteemed Digital Advisory Team, headquartered in Atlanta, dedicated to empowering our mobility and manufacturing clientele in comprehending, analyzing, and expanding their businesses for optimal growth. Through the adept crafting of strategic roadmaps, precise process optimization & automation, and adept project and organizational change management, we forge pathways to success in tandem with our clients. Our distinct approach diverges from conventional system integration methodologies, fostering collaborative partnerships and facilitating transformative outcomes.

The Role

As Head of Digital Advisory at MHP Americas, you will hold an Associated Partner or Partner-level leadership role, driving the growth and success of our Digital Advisory practice. Based in Atlanta (preferred), you will lead a team of currently 10 consultants, delivering C-level–focused, problem-centric engagements for clients in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Your mission will be to inspire digital transformation, shape innovative business models, and deliver impactful results for our clients and grow the existing team in line with our overall growth target of 30-40% per year.

This role requires drive, entrepreneurial vision, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of technology-driven transformation. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the U.S., Germany, and other global MHP locations, ensuring alignment with MHP’s global capabilities while addressing the unique needs of the North American market.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and steer the practice’s strategic direction, evolving the service portfolio to meet market demands, and act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, applying MHP’s “closed loop” approach to uncover root challenges, shape solutions, and deliver measurable value.
  • Guide clients as a trusted advisor in developing IT strategies, target operating models, and roadmaps for digital transformation.
  • Lead engagements in IT & Digital Business Strategy, Digital Engineering, Smart Manufacturing, Supply Chain Transformation, OCM, Customer Experience, and ERP readiness such as:
  • IT & Digital Business Strategy
  • Digital Engineering and Smart Manufacturing
  • Supply Chain Transformation
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Customer Experience
  • Systems related assessments (esp. SAP and ERP related), conceptual planning and implementation execution
  • Align with MHP Global service portfolio and capabilities while shaping offerings for the Americas market to meet client and industry-specific needs.

Business Development

  • Drive growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding client relationships.
  • Lead high-impact pursuits, including deal shaping, proposal development, and commercial structuring.
  • Act as a thought leader, building MHP’s brand in the U.S. digital consulting space through speaking engagements, publications, and networking.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to shape, position, and close opportunities, with a focus on the role’s specialized service line.
  • Drive commercial success by contributing subject matter expertise, client engagement, and strategic solution design.
