Magenta Built, Cliq/NLG, Docu Sign, Ariba/Scope worker - Telecom background in Site Development: zoning, leasing, construction coordination, compliance
- Ability to review leases and interpret language
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and cross-functional communication (RF, site acq, landlords, construction)
Role Responsibilities:
- Support site acquisition, zoning, construction design, compliance, and project tracking
- Daily coordination with PMs and teams
- Provide status updates, identify and resolve site-level issues
Work Schedule:
Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Sandy Springs), up to 2 days remote
