The Program Manager II, Supply Chain Spares Analytics, Data Center Operations, is responsible for planning, executing, and improving spares strategies, analytics, and reverse flow processes that support the sustainment of cutting-edge technology in Google’s global data centers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 2 years of program or project management experience, and familiarity with materials planning, forecasting, demand planning, inventory, and supply chain management.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with materials planning, forecasting, demand planning, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Preferred: 2 years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Preferred: experience in supply chain spares, demand and supply planning, fulfillment, inventory, and operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing across organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills, focused and results-oriented.
Additional information
This position is based in Atlanta, GA. The US base salary range is $117,000-$172,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
