Team Lead, Business Development
At Infor, you will lead a team that generates a pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Field Sales team by connecting with customers and prospects through a multi‑channel prospecting methodology. This role requires coaching, data‑driven insight, and a personalized approach to ensure a best‑in‑class buyer & seller experience.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of individual contributors by coaching and leveraging data‑driven insights.
- Own Go‑To‑Market execution through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
- Provide hands‑on coaching and shadowing on advanced prospecting methodology, including multi‑channel sequences, account mapping, and inbound lead management.
- Utilize marketing vehicles and tactics that help build a moving pipeline.
- Contribute as a key stakeholder in elevating global best practices, leading cross‑regional initiatives, and BDR‑led programs.
- Maintain communication and reporting cadence with BDR, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Leverage the prospecting technology stack to use data as leading indicators of rep performance and effectiveness.
- Experience working in sales.
- Knowledge of enterprise sales dynamics across different lines of business and geographies.
- Experience working across virtual and diverse teams to tackle specific business problems and offer solutions.
- Understanding of the role of business development in the buying and selling journey.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa.
- Sales leadership experience.
- Outbound lead generation experience.
- Experience with in the software or technology industry.
