Job Description:

As an Engagement Director you will lead growth initiatives within our Supply Chain Transformation team. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader who thrives at the intersection of innovation, operational excellence and technology. You'll drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and shape solutions that address the most complex supply chain challenges faced by global enterprises.

As part of one of the world's leading technology firms, you'll work alongside industry thought leaders, cutting-edge product teams, and Fortune 500 clients to deliver transformational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for supply chain solutions across targeted industry verticals (e.g., manufacturing, life science, retail, logistics, CPG).

• Identify, develop, and close enterprise deals, collaborating with sales, account, product, and consulting teams to deliver value-based solutions.

• Build executive relationships with clients, understand their digital supply chain priorities and position practice as a strategic partner.

• Drive pipeline growth through strategic account planning, demand generation, and partnership development, working closely with service lines, partners and industry verticals.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on emerging trends and technologies (e.g., AI/ML in supply chain, real-time visibility, sustainability in SCM, intelligent automation).

• Drive and manage RFP response leading cross-functional team with solution architects and delivery teams and support post win value delivery & client satisfaction.

• Participate in industry events, executive briefings, and customer forums.

Required Qualifications:

• 16+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or strategic sales with a strong focus on supply chain or enterprise technology.

• Proven success selling complex solutions into large global organizations.

• Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S4 from a functional perspective with specific focus on SCM functionality in these solutions.

• Deep understanding of supply chain operations, processes, technologies, and trends (e.g., S2P, O2C, APS, TMS, WMS, control towers, digital twins).

• Strong executive presence and ability to engage at C-suite level.

• Experience in global or matrixed organizations.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• English is our corporate language, must be fluent verbally and in writing

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in supply chain management (e.g. planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution networks.)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS, and data-driven supply chain models.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building new business.

• Global mindset with multicultural fluency and a collaborative approach.

• Big-4 background in pre-sales would be a plus

Salary Range: $210,300- $290,500 a year
