Information Technology Support Technician

Our client is on the hunt for a tech‑savvy problem‑solver to join their team as an IT Support Technician!

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform minor pc hardware repairs (RAM replacement, SSD cloning/replacement, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
• Assist with software installation, configuration, and basic system maintenance
• Support Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems, including basic configuration, troubleshooting, and user assistance
• Communicate technical issues clearly to users with varying technical backgrounds
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems
• Escalate complex technical problems when appropriate and assist with follow-up and resolution
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices through self-learning and on-the-job training

• Basic hands‑on experience with PC hardware repair and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
• Strong customer service experience and a positive attitude
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Enjoy partnering with others to accomplish tasks
• Extreme level of organization, both professionally and personally
• Must possess basic math and computer skills
